KALUMI PRESENTS:The Model body workout by International Fitness expert Caroline Pearce.
The Model Body Workout consists of three unique workouts, each designed to work a different body part with a mix of cardio moves and strength based muscle isolation exercises. They’re simple, fun and effective and even better if you grab your workout buddy to push you through!
Complete 40 seconds per exercise, 3-5 rounds, 60 seconds rest between rounds. Continue by increasing the number of rounds and reducing your rest time between rounds.
Model Body Workout 1: Butt Shaper - Lift, strengthen and firm your butt with both power moves and muscle isolation moves.
Model Body Workout 2: Flat Abs - Pilates inspired exercises combined with functional core moves to strengthen and flatten your midsection.
Model Body Workout 3: Lean Arms - Feel the burn and tone your arms, back and shoulders with these high octane upper body exercises using dumbbells.
Caroline advises you complete all three workouts 1-2 times per week on separate days or combined if you’re training level allows. You can intersperse these workouts with cardio exercise such as hiking, cycling, elliptical or rower.
Be sure to consume protein within 30 minutes after your workout! We had Kalumi BEAUTYfood after this workout which did the job tastefully! Get yours for your next work out here.
