Hello beloved Kalumers,

During this difficult time we are reminded why we started Kalumi: to bring wellness to people in an easy and effective way and to build a community (kalumity) of passionate individuals. These are uncertain times, causing all of us to adapt to a new way of living. We have to make different decisions regarding everything we do in order to protect our health and the health of others around us.

We are doing our part to prevent the spread of COVID-19. We are temporarily postponing all in-store samplings of our products, our team has been working from home and practicing social distancing since March 13th, and we’ve ensured our manufacturer and fulfillment center are following CDC guidelines.

We are here for you during this time and we will continue to deliver products you can rely on. You can find us in your local Whole Foods Market and Erewhon stores if you’re in LA; otherwise, our e-commerce store is fully up and running. We are working overtime to adapt to the changes and challenges brought on by this pandemic and to make sure Kalumi BEAUTYfood stays stocked in stores and online. Now is the time to support small businesses you love, or if you can, donate to those in need. Some of the charities we know of that could use your help are: Girlsinc, Feeding America, Meals on wheels, The CDC Foundation. Another way to help is to buy gift cards for yourself or loved ones from your favorite businesses to provide cash upfront for them to utilize during these difficult times. Stay safe and well, wash your hands, cuddle up inside with your loved ones, and remember to thank those on the frontline.
