Kalumi Holiday Recipes (Featuring Kalumi BEAUTYfood® Bars!)

Ingredients

1 tub of coconut yoghurt (or greek yogurt)
1 can of Coconut Whipped Cream (or dairy whipped cream)

Directions

Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper

Crush up all 6 Kalumi BEAUTYfood bars and sit 1/2 a cup aside

Press the crumbled Kalumi BEAUTYfood bars into baking sheet to form a layer of crust

Let set until ready to serve, once you are ready to serve, whip the yogurt by hand or with a mixer and scoop on top of the crust 

Top with whipped cream and sprinkle the 1/2 cup of Kalumi BEAUTYfood bars sat aside on top

Ingredients

2 bags of semi-sweet Chocolate chips

2 bags of white chocolate

2 cups of peppermint pretzels OR 1 cup of crushed candy canes

2 Kalumi BEAUTYfood Cocoa Kiss Bars

Edible gold foil or stars

Directions

Line a baking tray with aluminum foil or parchment paper

Fill a saucepan with 2 inches high of water to cover the bottom of the pan

Place the melting bowl over the saucepan (don't let the water touch the melting bowl - if there is too much water, dump some out)

Set stove to low heat

Put 1 tsp of coconut oil in the melting bowl

Add 1 bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips into the melting bowl (whichever color you want on the bottom of the bar)

Stir occasionally as the chips start to melt. Wipe the bottom of the melting bowl occasionally to remove water condensation

Once fully melted, use a rubber spatula and empty melted chocolate onto the baking tray. Smooth over to fill the entire tray

Put the tray aside in the fridge while you melt the white chocolate (or other chips that you want on the top)

Repeat melting process for the white chocolate chips

Crumble 2 Kalumi BEAUTYfood Cocoa Kiss bars and crush up (or put into a food processor) peppermint pretzels or peppermint sticks

Once melted, pour over the 1st layer of bark

Top with crumbled Kalumi BEAUTYfood Cocoa Kiss bar and pieces of peppermint pretzels or crushed peppermint sticks. Push them into the chocolate bark

Cool in fridge for 20 minutes

Once ready to serve, top with gold leaf or edible gold stars

4 Kalumi BEAUTYfood Sweetie Pie Bars

1 medium bag of Gluten Free Pretzels

2 cups of Dried Cranberries

1 cup of Coconut flakes (sweetened or unsweetened)

2 cups of Dried apple slices

1 cup of Hazelnuts

Cinnamon

Directions

Slice the 4 Kalumi BEAUTYfood Sweetie Pie Bars into 1/2 inch cubes

Mix all the ingredients together 

Sprinkle with as much Cinnamon as desired
